Do I need previous experience?

The online training shows you each step of your position.

Which device should I use?

A smartphone works well. Tablets and bigger screens are fine as well.

I filled the form, what now?

Message a mentor on WhatsApp. Forms that are not followed by a WhatsApp message are not processed.

How are hours decided?

Your mentor sets the timing with you in a WhatsApp chat.

How is pay handled?

You are paid by the employer you work for. Pay, hours and terms are confirmed by the employer in writing before any work begins, and your mentor goes through them with you on WhatsApp.
